The urban block is situated on the Tura River waterfront. The goal was to create modern, affordable residential architecture using silicate brick construction, complemented by the local application of clinker.

Our main goal is to ensure the urban block's architecture feels both cohesive and dynamic from one project to the next. The buildings are articulated along their length; the primary massing is finished in white brick, contrasted by red-toned accents. While silicate brick construction carries various facade limitations, the use of the Cuber clinker brick system allowed for more expressive architectural detailing.
